RADU DOBRESCU
Radu joined the company in 2010 as a senior consultant. His academic background qualifies him for his current responsibilities, which include government relations, political & media analysis and strategic research & communications. Former student of the Doctoral School in Social Sciences of Central and Eastern Europe, Radu holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Laval University, Canada, where he also was a teaching assistant and lecturer. Prior to that, he obtained a Degree and a Master Degree in Political Science from the University of Bucharest.
In order to further develop the findings of his Ph.D. thesis in democratic theory, Radu was granted a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at the Centre for Research on Ethics of the University of Montreal by the prestigious Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada. He continued his postdoctoral research program at the Hoover Chair of Economic and Social Ethics of the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium.
In addition to his thesis, his academic contributions include various lectures, a book and several papers and articles, ranging from media theory to political theory.
