Airbus 50 – half a century history

50 years ago, in 1969, the Airbus story began with the launch of the Airbus A300 programme at the Paris Air Show. 49 years ago, Airbus and Romania were boarding on a historic journey.

Airbus 50th anniversary was a great opportunity to get together Airbus's friends and partners in Bucharest, celebrating the past and looking to the future. Romanian officials, foreign diplomats, and business people joined Airbus for a gala dinner to remember. Now, we are getting ready for the next year milestone: Airbus - Romania 50 years of cooperation. Looking forward to at least 50 more years of great achievements together!

More than a CSR project

A few hours spent with the kids from SOS Children Villages Romania was the best idea for a Friday afternoon and the natural choice for organizing the Volunteer Day together with Orbit Romania. We played, we danced, we cooked, we did some exercises and proved our florist talents. But, most important, we met inspiring kids and wonderful people committed to their humanitarian mission.

A town inside the city

Launching the first mixed-use real estate project in Western Romania is a challenging mission from every point of view – be it logistics, timing, or communications. We were excited to handle the communication part for Iulius Town Timisoara grand opening and enjoyed, together with hundreds of guests, the perfect place for shopping, relaxing in open air, entertainment facilities, food, business, health services.

A lifesaving agreement

We celebrate and, of course, communicate every achievement of our clients. Such a moment was the announcement of the four-year framework agreement between the Romanian Ministry of Interior and Airbus Helicopters for the purchase of H135 helicopters for air medical services. Proud to share the extraordinary news!

Romanian employees are among the Europeans with the most of work hours and a lunch hour often skipped or spent in front of the keyboard. Up Romania, lunch vouchers issuer, started a conversation on this issue to shift the message towards the importance of not skipping the lunch hour during work time.
The target: the employees working in business centres. Up Romania activated a famous Romanian Chef known for its passion for street food and a French Chef with Michelin star and put them together in a unique blend to prepare a surprise lunch in a canteen. Thus, it created a buzz around the idea of paying the lunch with meal vouchers, while choosing to eat healthy, local and nutritious meals during lunch breaks.
