The event was, in fact, a celebration of their role in everyday life. The evening focused on the need for modern policies to support gender equality, as well as the world’s trends and challenges for professional women and business leaders. Claudio Cisullo confessed that 60% of his employees are women and his success is built on feminine intuition and sensibility, which he considers being the backbone of life.
