Flight test for Puma SA 330 Ba helicopter, a gift from the French President to the Republic of Guinea. The helicopter was modernized by Airbus Helicopters Romania at Ghimbav.  This year, the customer center from Brasov was ranked 1st out of 25 Airbus Helicopters Customer Centers worldwide.

Faced with huge day-to-day challenges, whether we are talking about the migration at the Russian border or SAR missions at sea, the Finnish Border Guard needs high performance helicopters to work flawlessly. They are proud of their modern fleet that already includes H215 helicopters, ideal for such missions. Soon, the Finns will send two Super Puma aircrafts to Airbus Helicopters plant in Ghimbav, Romania, to be transformed into the new H215.

Below you can see a Finnish crew aboard the Airbus H215 on a mission in Helsinki.

Palas Iasi – organizing “the event of the year”

Palas Iasi is the real estate project that changed the lifestyle of the city. Links Associates organized the launching event for Palas Iasi multifunctional complex in 2012, the high-profile event being attended by over 300 people, including the Prime Minister, Government officials, MPs, local authorities, Church representatives, businessmen and mass-media. We enjoyed widespread media coverage for “the event of the year”, as Palas Iasi launching was branded.

The 2017 Edelman Trust Barometer reveals that trust is in crisis around the world. The general population’s trust in all four key institutions — business, government, NGOs, and media — has declined broadly, a phenomenon not reported since Edelman began tracking trust among this segment in 2012.

With the fall of trust, the majority of respondents now lack full belief that the overall system is working for them. In this climate, people’s societal and economic concerns, including globalization, the pace of innovation and eroding social values, turn into fears, spurring the rise of populist actions now playing out in several Western-style democracies.

To rebuild trust and restore faith in the system, institutions must step outside of their traditional roles and work toward a new, more integrated operating model that puts people — and the addressing of their fears — at the center of everything they do.

After Bucharest and Constanţa, Turkish Airlines, awarded as “Europe’s Best Airline” by Skytrax for the last six years, launched its 3rd flight in Romania, Cluj – Istanbul. The decision to introduce this new route came following the interest and opportunity that this part of Romania is offering.

Starting with September 1st 2016, Turkish Airlines will be operating the flight Cluj-Istanbul four times per week, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays in both directions.

Ziya Taşkent, SVP of Sales (I. Region) of Turkish Airlines said that “A new destination in Romania, from Cluj to Istanbul, was on our scope of work for a long time and we are very happy that in the last years we had a successful collaboration with Cluj International Airport “Avram Iancu” that took all the necessary measures that this flight happens. We estimate that this new route will help people from Romania to have one-stop bridge towards 290 destinations all over the world such as Middle and Far East or North America instead of having two stops, one in Budapest or Bucharest. Our commitment to Romanian passengers is very strong and with this new route we added on our destinations’ map a fabulous city which is not only economically vivid but is also a fascinating centre of Romanian arts and culture.”
